Breakfast, start of the half day excursion. Visiting the Parliament building, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Acropolis cradle of Greek civilization, the Temple of Dionysus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Olympic Stadium, the Royal Palace, the National Library and ending at the Temple of Olympian Zeus. DAY 4
Breakfast At appropriate time transfer to the Port of Piraeus to start your cruise. Piraeus is the most important port in Greece with a large commercial traffic, as regular ship lines and cruise ships link mainland Greece with the islands. MYCONOS uniquely combines the luxurious and cosmopolitan lifestyle with the simple and charming atmosphere of a Cycladic island. Visitors can stroll through the narrow streets lined with the most famous stores, visit hundreds of small churches or take pictures of the famous windmills and white houses with flowers on the balconies. DAY 5
KUSADASI. It is a picturesque Turkish city with a great offer for shopping. About 17 kms. North of Kusadasi is Ephesus, the ancient Greek colony founded by the Athenians. Ephesus is a place that no one should miss visiting. It offers a variety of Greek, Hellenistic and Roman monuments that testify to the power and prosperity that this city boasted in ancient times. Ephesus is one of the best preserved ancient cities that allow us to understand the importance of ancient Ionia, located today on the Turkish coast. PATMOS. Patmos is often called the Jerusalem of the Aegean Sea. It is the sacred island where St. John the Divine, who was in exile, wrote the revelations that constitute the last part of the New Testament. The Monastery of John the Theologian still retains the character of a medieval fortress, within its walls you can. Admire the Byzantine richness of the Orthodox Christian religion. DAY 6
Arrival in RODAS. A medieval city that fascinates and impresses visitors. RODAS is one of the sunniest Greek islands and has an impressive vegetation. Cosmopolitan city. Modern that preserves the traces of its status as a crossroads between three continents. Europe. Asia and Africa. History is alive at every turn: prehistoric ruins, ancient Greece. DAY 7
It is the most important city and port of the island of Crete. The famous ruins of Knossos are the most important Minoan discovery found in Crete. The Palace of Knossos was not only the residence of the royal house, but also the administrative and religious center of the whole area. The buildings (a complex of labyrinths) covered an area of 22,000 square meters. The architecture, frescoes and drainage system surprise modern visitors by the degree of advancement of the 4,000-year-old Minoan civilization. SANTORINI. Arrive at the port of Piraeus for breakfast and disembarkation. At scheduled time transfer to the airport for flight to Istanbul. Arrival at Ataturk International Airport. Visa and customs formalities with the assistance of our staff. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 9
Breakfast and departure to Süleymaniye Mosque, built in the name of the most famous sultan of the Empire, Sultan Suleymaniye the Magnificent. Next, we will visit the Eyüp Sultan Mosque which is located at the end of the Golden Horn and built in honor of the standard-bearer of the prophet Muhammad. This place is considered one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the Muslim world. After a short cable car ride, we will arrive at Pierre Loti’s café. This cafe was the home of the famous French poet from where we will enjoy the incredible views of the Golden Horn. Following the Byzantine walls, we will go up to the pedestrian street of İstiklal in Taksim, a place where we will walk around viewing St. Anthony’s Church, the famous Pera Palas Hotel, Galatasaray Lyceum, etc. Lunch and end of the tour in the same area. DAY 10
Breakfast and departure to visit the New Mosque and the Spice Bazaar. Then we will move to the Asian Part by the Bosphorus suspension bridge to visit the Beylerbeyi Palace; one of the most beautiful palaces of the Bosphorus then we will climb the Çamlıca Hill is the highest point of Istanbul where we have better viewpoints of the city. Lunch at a typical fish restaurant on the shores of Bosphorus and then we will take our private boat and cruise. We will view the three seas, the Black Sea, the Bosphorus, and the Sea of Marmara decorated with forests and Ottoman mansions. Transfer to the Grand Bazaar and end of the tour. (Optional) USD $75.
DAY 11
Breakfast and departure for the visit of the old part of the city where the most important Ottoman and Byzantine monuments are concentrated. We will start with a visit to the Topkapı Palace, the famous gigantic enclosure from where the entire Ottoman Empire was run for almost 400 years, then we will visit the Basilica Cistern, which was the largest water reservoir of the Byzantine Empire built in the 6th century, then we will view the very famous temple of Hagia Sophia. It was the largest sanctuary in the world until the 17th century built by Emperor Justinian during the 6th century. Lunch. Next, we will view the ancient Roman Hippodrome, which preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpentine Column, and the Fountain of Emperor Wilhelm. DAY 12
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cappadocia. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 13
At dawn, you will have the possibility to participate in an optional hot air balloon excursion. Breakfast. Departure to Göreme valley, visit the numerous monasteries and chapels carved into the rocks and decorated with frescoes of the tenth century. Continuation with the visit of Uçhisar, troglodyte
DAY 14
Departure to Konya. Visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, poet, and philosopher who founded the mystical and religious sect of the Dancing Dervishes. Time in the city and continuation of the trip to Pamukkale. Overnight stay at the hotel and dinner.
DAY 15
Breakfast and visit Pamukkale, a spectacular place unique in the world, for its dazzling white waterfalls and natural pools. We will visit the ancient Hiera polis. Continuation to Ephesus. Greco-Roman city where we find the Temple of Hadrian, the Temple of Trajan, the theater, the Library of Celsus, etc… Visit the House of the Virgin, where she spent the last years of her life. Continuation to the airport to take the flight to Istanbul. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 16
Breakfast and transfer to ATATURK airport for flight to Dubai. Arrival in Dubai. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 17
Breakfast and free time. In the afternoon departure by 4×4 car for a Desert Safari. You will travel over the dunes in the Dubai Desert. We will be able to admire the sunset from one of the dunes. We continue to the camp where we will be welcomed with a traditional Arabian feast. You can relax in the Bedouin tents sitting on the typical Arab pillows, paint your hands with traditional henna drawings, take a short camel ride, or enjoy the aromatic “shisha”. In the evening you will attend a typical dinner of the place enlivened with the traditional “belly dance”. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 18
Breakfast and visit Dubai. We will start from Deira passing through the Spice Souk. We cross the Canal. Visit the Dubai Museum. Continue to the Jumeirah Mosque. Photo stop at the Burj al Arab hotel, the only seven-star hotel in the world. Visit the Medinat Jumeirah and continue to Palm Island. We will pass the Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world, the World Trade Centre, and the Dubai International Financial Centre. We will continue with a shopping tour in one of the famous shopping malls in the city. Free time for shopping and transfer to the hotel.
DAY 19
Breakfast. Free day to continue enjoying the city and the possibility of optional excursions. In the afternoon we will cruise along the bay of Dubai on a Dhow, a traditional wooden boat while enjoying a tasty buffet dinner with music. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 20
Breakfast. Transfer to Dubai airport at the scheduled time to board our flight to the city of origin. End of our services.
