DAY 1

Arrival in Cairo, transfer to hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 2

Transfer to the cruise ship by one of our Globe Trotters Agency correspondents.

DAY 3

Free day for an optional visit to Memphis and Sakkara, the ruins of the original Cairo. in the evening, transfer to the train station for the Cairo – Luxor train journey – overnight stay onboard the train.

DAY 4

Arrival and transfer to the ship, (check-in time from 13.00 hrs) lunch on board. At the scheduled time, visit of the eastern bank of Luxor, with the Temple of Karnak, which dominates the entire site of Thebes born of the splendor of the pharaohs of the new empire and the Temple of Luxor, the work of two great pharaohs Ramses II and Ramses III.

DAY 5

Full board. Following the visit to the west bank with the Necropolis of Thebes, including the Valley of the Kings where are hidden the tombs of the most important pharaohs of the new empire, the Funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut the gigantic and grandiose Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise ship embarkation and sailing to Edfu. Overnight stay on board.

DAY 6

Full board. At the scheduled time, visit the Temple of Edfu dedicated to the God Horus. Return to the cruise ship and sail to Kom Ombo. Arrive and visit the Temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Harris. Sailing to Aswan. Overnight stay on board.

DAY 7

Full board. Departure to visit the Temple of Philae and a ride in a felucca (typical fishing boats), on the Nile contemplating several volcanic islands of black granite. If you wish to make the optional visit to Abu Simbel, this day is scheduled. Overnight stay on board

DAY 8

After breakfast disembarkation and check out of the ship’s rooms at 8.00 hrs, free time in Aswan. At scheduled time transfer to the train station for the journey to Cairo, overnight stay onboard the train.

DAY 9

Arrival in Cairo, reception, and transfer to the hotel and accommodation. Optional excursion dinner and night show of the pyramids of Giza.

DAY 10

Breakfast and free day. There is an optional scheduled excursion to visit the most emblematic sites of the city. The Citadel of Saladin, Alabaster Mosque, Khan el Khalili Market, Egyptian Museum, and Coptic Quarter are accompanied by guides and private transportation. Private transportation can be arranged at the destination. In the evening transfer to the airport for a flight to Dubai.

DAY 11

Arrival, welcome, and transfer to the hotel and accommodation. In the afternoon our most popular optional excursion is SAFARI In the desert. Land Cruisers (6 persons per vehicle) will pick you up between 15.00 – 15.30 hours approximately, for an exciting ride through the fantastic high dunes. You will be able to take unique pictures of the Arabian sunset. Once the sun disappears behind the golden dunes, we will head to our desert camp. The smell of freshly grilled kebab and lamb. Bonfires, the smell of traditional water pipes, and the soothing sounds of Arabic music invite you to an unforgettable evening. After the sumptuous dinner, a dancer will show you the ancient art of belly dancing. Ski through the sand and Henna painting with refreshments, tea, and coffee. Return to the hotel around 21:30.

DAY 12

Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day guided tour of Dubai in English. Explore the old neighborhood of “Bastakya” with its traditional houses and the wind towers that served in the past as a natural air conditioning system. Then visit the Dubai Museum located in the “Al Fahidi” fort. Cross the Dubai Creek with the traditional water cab (Abra) to visit the Gold and Spice Souks. Enjoy a panoramic view of the skyscrapers along the famous “Sheik Zayed” road, where we will head to the Burj Khalifa for a panoramic photo shoot. Continuation to the Jumeirah area where the Sheikhs’ palaces are located. Photo stop at the Jumeirah Mosque and the iconic sail-shaped luxury hotel Burj Al Arab. Return to the hotel

DAY 13

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel. In the evening transfer to the airport to take the flight to Paris.

DAY 14

Return to the hotel and overnight transfer to the airport to take the flight to the city of origin.
