DAY 1
Arrival in Havana City, Cuba. Arrive at the José Martí International Airport in Havana at the estimated time. Transfer to the selected hotel. Afternoon free for personal activities. Lodging.
DAY 2
Breakfast. Pick up at the hotel. Departure to the city of Cienfuegos, known as the Pearl of the South, which reveals the splendor of a culture strongly influenced by its French founders. Walking tour from the meadow, along the boulevard to the Martí Park. Visit to the Tomás Terry Theater and the Palacio de Valle where you will learn about the beautiful legend associated with its construction. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon visit to the Botanical Garden of Cienfuegos, on the outskirts of the city, declared a National Monument. Lodging and dinner at the confirmed hotel. Free night.
DAY 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the region of Manicaragua for an excursion to Lake Hanabanilla. Tour through the Escambray Mountain massif, a site of contrasts, tinged by the shades of green of the hills and the reflection of the lake. It is a protected area characterized by relevant natural, cultural and scenic values. The program includes a boat ride on the lake to Cortina de Jibacoa. Transfer in mountain trucks to Guanayara Park. Lunch at Casa de La Gallega. Continuation of the tour to Topes de Collantes with a brief stop at the Casa del Café to enjoy the peasant traditions related to the cultivation of coffee and its tasting. Transfer by bus to the city of Trinidad, stopping in transit at the Topes de Collantes viewpoint. Lodging and dinner at the confirmed hotel. Free night.
DAY 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour of the city of Trinidad, known as the Jewel of Cuba or Museum City, and one of the most complete and preserved architectural ensembles of the American continent. Walking tour through its streets to admire its Spanish colonial architecture, which gives the sensation of having stopped in the 18th and 19th centuries. Visit to the Plaza Mayor, the Romantic Museum, and the Canchánchara Bar where you can taste the typical welcome cocktail and listen to live traditional Trinidadian music. Visit to the Casa del Alfarero to admire one of the oldest traditions of the city in the workshop of the founding family. Lunch at a local restaurant. Departure to the city of Santa Clara, in transit brief stop at the Mirador del Valle de los Ingenios, and a visit to the Hacienda Manaca – Iznaga, to learn about the life of the old sugar mills in the region, with the option to climb the lookout tower-locked in place. Lodging and dinner at the confirmed hotel. Free night.
DAY 5
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour, with a visit to the Sculpture Complex Commander Ernesto Che Guevara to admire the different moments of the life and work of the Heroic Guerrilla. Tour of the Historical and Cultural Center of the city, stop at the Leoncio Vidal Park, with views of the La Caridad Theater, the Museum of Decorative Arts, and the old Government Palace. The tour continues with a panoramic view of Santa Clara, passing by the Parque del Carmen, where the founding mass of the city was offered. Visit to the monument of the Armored Train, in the historical memory of one of the most important actions fought during the revolutionary struggle. Visit the work of the Basque artist Casto Solano known as “Che de los niños”, a 2-meter high sculpture that allows the exchange with this important Cuban-Argentinean historical figure. Breakfast. Departure to Havana. Free afternoon to rest and enjoy the hotel swimming pool. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7
Breakfast. Transfer to take the plane that will take us back to the city of origin.
